Ben Ugly sent me a bunch of music for #AfterTheSmokeisClear a few years back but it’s been relative radio silence since then. We talked about his self imposed step back to gather his wits, his upcoming abundance of new music, the doubters and haters, image, dedication to quality, and a lot more. He seemed like a good guy and we had some laughs along the way. Interested to hear what he’s been spending so much time cooking up for us.

Through June, Fly in Formation is doubling down and I’ll be talking with artists twice a week. I’ve lined up 9 artists through the course of the month, every Tuesday and Saturday.
