Fly In Formation - Magick Show

I’ve spoken to Sudbury based emcee Mickey O’Brien a couple times now for FiF, making this the third appearance of the HandSolo Records representative. This time he not only had a solo EP “Postcards” to talk about, but an upcoming EP with his Magick Show crew, who he had recommended to me as individual artists when we spoke before. We tried to get both Max Moon and Johnny Bizness in on the call, but Johnny ended up working late, leaving Max and Mickey to hold it down. We touched on their history, mutual love of music, horrorcore and it’s place in Hip Hop, their solo projects, the Sudbury scene, and a bunch of other important stuff.

I haven’t posted the full October FiF schedule in a pretty poster format, but I’m talking to artists from across Canada every week for live interviews, so make sure to hit follow on Twitch and turn on notifications so you don’t miss when we go live.
