Fly In Formation - Spitty Interview

Last week I linked up with Spitty and had a deep dive into his current one-year mission to make it big. We chopped it up about his motivations, his creative process, and a whole lot more. Let me tell you, this guy is on a constant grind. He's all about that daily IG hustle, dropping content left and right. You can catch him talking to folks on the streets, at his shows, and all across the Hip Hop community. When he's not tearing up bigger venues, you'll find him organizing cyphers and open mics. Brampton, stand up!

What set this conversation apart on Fly in Formation is that Spitty brought a lot of fresh perspectives. While many of the artists I've chatted with have been a bit hesitant with social media, my dude Spitty fully embraces it. He knows how to work these platforms to his advantage. He knows the timing for his posts. He edits his own clips. It was a breath of fresh air to hear his take on the modern media landscape for an indie artist. You know I'm always hyped to connect with artists, and this episode was no exception. I feel truly blessed to be in a position where I can meet such talented individuals. It's all about building those connections and supporting the people who deserve the support.

Check out Spitty’s most recent single off of PEEL Vol 3, Village, below. Keep an eye on the guy, he’s making moves.

These interviews happen on Tuesdays over on Twitch. Tap in, hit follow or subscribe, and come hang out while I do the next one.

I talk to
Fortunato for Fly in Formation on Twitch coming up this Tuesday, May 16 at 3pm MST (5 EST). Should be a good time, he’s been in and around the canadian Hip Hop scene for a long time, looking forward to hearing what he has to say about the new project with Sean One, Blue Collar 2.

Join the newsletter and follow me on the socials. I rant on Twitter all the time, but if you don’t want to hear about Berta politics, or just like video clips, find me on Tik Tok or IG.

Stay up.
